Leroo La Tau Safari Lodge, Magkadigkadi Pans
This unique Lodge constucted of thatch,
reed and wood is situated on the raised banks of the Boteti Channel,
bordering the Makgadikgadi National Park, famed for its ‘luna
landscape’ and zebra and buffalo herds. The Lodge has 7 luxury
tents wuth ensuite facilities. During the winter months you can
sometimes catch the migratory herds of zebra drinking at the remaining
waterholes of the Boteti riverbeds. From the cool, shady viewing
deck to the informal bar and dining area, everything about the lodge
is designed to make you feel catered for, from your morning coffee
on the edge of the river to sumptious meals prepared and served
by the expert staff. For the hotter part of the day there is a pool
on the front lawns. Activities include night and day game drives
and guided walks.
